Cancellation: $10.00 cancellation fee plus $5 per night rental with a max of $20 for nightly rates, plus $10 for weekly rentals, plus $35 for monthly rates when your reservation is cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival. The aforementioned fees will be assessed to cancellations which occur at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. After this time, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
