Cancellation: $10.00 cancellation fee plus $5 per night rental with a max of $20 for nightly rates, plus $10 for weekly rentals, plus $35 for monthly rates when your reservation is cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival. Site lock fees are non-refundable. Reservations cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival will be charged the non-refundable deposits as follows: 

   Daily rentals $120 non-refundable deposit

   Weekly rentals $120 non-refundable deposit

    Monthly rentals $250 non-refundable deposit

Same day cancellations or no shows will not receive a refund.
